Job Title: Catalog Specialist III

Location: Onsite in Culver City, CA or Seattle, WA

Pay Rate: $30–$38/hour (W2, depending on experience)

Duration: 12-month contract

One of the world's largest streaming platforms—home to thousands of movies, series, and indie titles—is looking for a Catalog Specialist III to support a high-impact team that works at the heart of digital content licensing and distribution.

You’ll be joining a team dedicated to empowering creators—ranging from major studios to indie filmmakers—to share their work on a global stage. This team oversees a unique self-publishing platform used by content creators around the world, and your role will help ensure viewers get access to high-quality, engaging content that meets internal standards.

What You'll Do

• Review and audit licensed film and TV content to ensure it meets platform standards and policies
• Maintain and manage SOPs for content review processes (Selection Excellence)
• Analyze catalog data, track content quality, and make recommendations based on insights
• Collaborate with content acquisition, operations, and tech teams to scale content review processes
• Contribute to projects with a global scope, supporting teams across all lines of the streaming business

• Strong attention to detail and a love for data quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data-heavy tasks
• Ability to follow SOPs and suggest improvements to existing processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A mindset focused on customer experience and content integrity

• A passion for film, TV, and digital entertainment
• Experience in catalog/content moderation, trust & safety, or licensing environments
