Job Title: In-Home Veteran Caregiver – CNA/HHA

Company: Summit Home Care

Pay: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (bathing/showering)

Schedule: Per Diem – Flexible, Local Travel

Key Responsibilities

• Visit Veterans’ homes to provide ADLs, emotional support, and safety oversight.
  
• Record observations and communicate changes to clinical leadership.
  
• Promote independence by supporting custom care plans.
  
• Coordinate care delivery and schedule with Summit’s care team.
  

Required Qualifications

• CNA license or proven home care experience.
  
• Multi-client route experience.
  
• Willingness to travel daily within a 35-mile radius.
  
• Respectful and patient communication skills.
