This role is critical in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our clients from initial contact through fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Proactively manage incoming referrals and leads by reaching out via phone, email, or text.
• Call potential clients to introduce our services, answer initial questions, and schedule appointments with our fulfillment team.
• Coordinate internally to ensure client needs are met and appointments are confirmed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduling in our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

• Exquisite Client Engagement: Create WOW experiences by anticipating needs and offering personalized, white-glove service.
• Luxurious Reception: Welcome  client s with a warm smile, making them feel like royalty from the moment they step through our doors.
• Seamless Coordination: Coordinate appointments, treatments, and consultations with finesse, ensuring a smooth  client journey.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the essence of luxury, representing Waring Vision Institute with style, grace, and sophistication.
• Feedback Champion: Gather  client feedback and contribute to our continuous improvement, ensuring our services are always top-notch.

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with CRM and scheduling tools.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus.
