Job Description

Purpose and Scope:

We're looking for a Compensation Analyst to help shape a competitive, equitable, and strategic pay structure that supports our hiring, retention, and performance goals. Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, this role plays a key part in how we attract and retain top talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer and improve compensation programs that support recruiting, retention, and engagement
  • Conduct market research, pay equity analyses, and create compliant pay ranges
  • Manage job architecture, update job descriptions, and perform job evaluations
  • Participate in market surveys and compensation benchmarking studies
  • Support pay grade structures and perform internal equity and market reviews
  • Collaborate across HR and leadership to communicate compensation policies
  • Lead compensation-related projects and continuously improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state compensation laws
  • Provide training and support on comp topics for HR and business partners
  • Pitch in with cross-functional HR initiatives, including HRIS and benefits

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of compensation experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into action
  • Solid understanding of compensation best practices and compliance standards

Skills & Tools

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, multi-set analysis)
  • Strong critical thinking, business acumen, and data analysis skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication across all levels
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of DOL, EEO, FLSA, and other compensation-related regulations
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and Payfactors is a plus
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication tools
  • Creative problem solver with sound HR judgment
