Estimator | Up to $140k | Dallas

We are currently looking for an Estimator to join a well established local general contractor in the Dallas area. This is the chance to work across some versatile industries in construction across various Commercial projects:

Responsibilities include:

• Organise budgets from a conceptual stage through to close-out
• Prepare construction estimates, scope descriptions, site surveys, and bid packages before start of construction
• Scope out all bids and provides a complete bid package overview for the Project Management team to execute on time
• Submits and manage the permitting processes to make sure permits are received in the timeline given
• Maintain multiple analysis spreadsheets for budgets, escalation costs and contractor schedules.
• Maintain a budget and schedule for multiple projects as at time.
• Review all project closeout items with supporting staff to confirm documentation is provided
