Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day management of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Procure materials and subcontractors; review and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design and site issues.
• Monitor site progress, quality control, health and safety compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings; provide progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and punch lists.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, to specification, and within budget
