Entry-Level Customer Service

Are you an outgoing, detail-oriented person who loves helping others and keeping things organized? We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Customer Service to support our team and ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service & Communication

• Be the friendly voice our customers hear when they call.
• Answer questions, provide updates, and make sure customers feel informed and supported.
• Build strong relationships with clients, team members, and vendors.

Office Support & Organization

• Help keep the office running efficiently—manage supplies, assist with scheduling, and keep things organized.
• Support general administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and light paperwork.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, or other clerical tasks (training provided).

Team Coordination

• Support team communication and help make sure everyone stays on track.
• Pitch in where needed to keep things moving—your adaptability and positive attitude will be key!

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service experience in any industry (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
• A people person —you’re upbeat, communicative, and love working with others.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
• Clear communicator —whether it’s a quick call or an email, you know how to get the message across.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, online forms, etc.)
• Ready to learn—we’ll train you on the rest!
