We are looking for a Data Analyst (Audience) to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Build rule-based and event-triggered audience segments using behavioral, transactional, and CRM data.
  • Manage dynamic audience lists for lifecycle marketing, retention campaigns, and acquisition efforts.
  • Partner with media and marketing teams to align audience design with campaign strategy and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, holdouts).
  • Enable omni-channel audience consistency across web, app, email, paid media, and CRM tools.
  • Integrate cross-platform data from CRM systems and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics) into segmentation workflows.
  • Automate audience refresh logic via SQL, Python, or CDP platforms (e.g., Adobe RT-CDP, Segment).
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to scale audience workflows via cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • Establish rules and monitoring processes for audience data accuracy, freshness, and completeness.
  • Develop real-time data triggers based on user actions (e.g., product views, purchases) to update segments dynamically.
  • Implement identity resolution and deduplication strategies to maintain segment integrity across touchpoints.
  • Provide audience-level campaign insights using KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and engagement depth.
  • Support marketing effectiveness analyses by segment type, channel, and lifecycle stage.
  • Partner with analytics teams to define benchmarks and optimization strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in digital marketing analytics, audience management, or campaign operations.
  • Exposure to real-time audience streaming, data warehouses, and audience data lake strategies.
  • Background in B2C sectors such as retail, eCommerce, or subscription services preferred.
  • Strong experience in SQL and familiarity with Python or another scripting language.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and data platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Google Cloud, CDPs).
  • Knowledge of campaign orchestration tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GMP, Adobe Campaign).
  • Proven ability to work with large, cross-functional datasets for targeting and personalization use cases.
  • Understanding of cross-channel audience delivery and common challenges in real-time orchestration.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into audience strategy and data logic.
