We’re a high-growth eCommerce brand with retail operations, an expanding international footprint, and a multi-channel sales ecosystem that includes Shopify, Salesforce, and several 3rd-party platforms. We’re looking for a Director of Data Analytics who doesn’t just report on the business — they bring it to life through data.

This senior leader will sit at the center of performance storytelling: building dashboards, leading analytics strategy, and driving business decisions across executive teams. You’ll manage reporting across Shopify, Salesforce, retail POS, external sales, and subscription systems — all while mentoring a team of data thinkers and doers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of dynamic dashboards and executive-ready reporting across Domo (required), with Power BI or Tableau as a bonus.
• Own the full analytics engine behind eCommerce, retail, and external sales performance — pulling data from Shopify, Salesforce, and subscription tools like Ordergroove, Recharge, and Prive.
• Create and manage core reporting frameworks for Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Present key insights to leadership across product sale rate, inventory velocity, subscription take rate, and cross-channel performance.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering growth, accuracy, and storytelling.
• Build robust reporting pipelines using Power Query, enabling fast, scalable, and self-serve analytics across teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance to align on KPIs and unlock growth opportunities.
• Integrate with data lakes/warehouses, maintain data hygiene, and validate sources for accuracy and consistency.
• Drive data strategy as the company expands internationally and through wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with 5+ years hands-on experience in Shopify and Salesforce reporting.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce and omnichannel retail, including direct, affiliate, and wholesale sales models.
• Expert-level skills in Domo (required); familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau is a plus.
• Fluent in Power Query, and experienced in transforming complex datasets into clean, scalable reports.
• Strong knowledge of subscription platforms (Ordergroove, Recharge, or Prive) and the analytics that power recurring revenue.
• Proven ability to lead teams, present to executive stakeholders, and guide cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience working with data lakes, warehouses, and advanced validation practices.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — you make data make sense.
