Key Responsibilities of a Field Service Coordinator:

Efficient Dispatching: Organize and dispatch service technicians and installation teams to customer locations, ensuring optimal routes and timely service completion.

Dynamic Scheduling: Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent service requests and provide real-time support to field teams.

Communication Hub: Serve as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and internal departments, facilitating updates and information exchange.

Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, considering the complexity of jobs, technician skill sets, and geographic considerations.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a dispatch or similar logistical coordination role, ideally in the tech or home services industry
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to calmly resolve scheduling conflicts or concerns
  • Knowledgeable in dispatch software and GPS tracking tools
  • Commitment to delivering superior customer service
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required; additional certification or training in logistics is a plus
