At iS3 Tech Services, we design and deploy modern security systems — access control, video surveillance, weapons detection — for schools, manufacturing, healthcare, and enterprise clients across the Southeast. This is not easy, quick-turn transactional sales. This is high-stakes, strategic selling that starts with you finding the target, pulling the trigger, and winning the deal.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Create your own territory plan — then execute it relentlessly
  • Develop, manage, and close $5M+ in annual new business
  • Hunt mid- to enterprise-level accounts and land long-term relationships
  • Lead discovery with prospects, supported by top-tier engineering and project teams
  • Navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders — from facilities managers to C-suites
  • Build and present proposals that win deals and command trust
  • Track pipeline and progress in HubSpot like your life depends on it

What We’re Looking For
  • A proven closer with $5M+ annual complex B2B sales experience
  • You’ve built a book of business before — not inherited it
  • Experience in physical security, IT, SaaS, or AV a plus — but grit and skill matter more
  • A natural networker who can win meetings in any room
  • Relentless drive, resilience under pressure, and discipline to follow through
  • Based in Atlanta or willing to travel regionally
