Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our hospitality and events team based in New York . This full-time role involves on-site coordination of corporate events, promotional activations, and hospitality experiences across New York State. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of events and hospitality activations
  • Manage on-site logistics including setup, breakdown, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Organize and transport event materials such as signage, branded merchandise, and equipment
  • Maintain event schedules and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope
  • Provide on-the-ground support during live events and ensure a smooth experience for attendees
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to resolve issues in real time
  • Maintain inventory of event materials and assist with post-event reporting and clean-up
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel across New York State and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift light to moderate materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred
  • Reliable transportation or ability to commute to event locations
