LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated, detailed, and highly experienced Executive Assistant to join their team in Algonquin, IL who will provide high-level support to an Executive Leader. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting senior leaders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, data analysis, reporting, and create compelling PowerPoint presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
