Job Details Position Summary:
Our client, a leading real estate developer, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their Capital Markets Group. This role is instrumental in supporting the underwriting and capitalization of new acquisitions and development projects across industrial and office product types within U.S. operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support acquisition and development underwriting efforts through financial modeling and analysis.
- Assist with structuring and securing project-level debt and equity financing.
- Provide financial management and operational support to local market offices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external capital partners to drive transactions forward.
- Contribute to market research, investment memos, and internal decision-making materials.
- Manage multiple projects with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, banking, or finance.
- Strong financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills (Excel proficiency required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Transactional mindset with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience working with real estate developers, commercial banks, or real estate finance firms.
- Exposure to capital markets, debt/equity structuring, and underwriting industrial/office developments.
