Job Title: General Foreman – Commercial Construction

Location: Austin, TX (Multiple Site Locations)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Project Manager / Superintendent

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dependable and skilled General Foreman to lead and motivate field crews on commercial construction projects across the Austin area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a team that values both personal and professional growth. You'll be responsible for managing crews of up to 5 people, ensuring safe and high-quality project delivery. 🏗️

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of 3–5 person crews
• Manage and execute work related to concreting, trenching, and pipe-laying
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specs to keep projects on track
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members
• Monitor progress, solve on-site issues, and report updates
• Travel to job sites around the Austin metro area as needed 🚙

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a foreman or lead in commercial construction
• Skilled in blueprint reading, concrete work, pipe-laying, and trenching
• Proven leadership experience managing small field teams
• Familiarity with job site safety practices (OSHA-30 is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
