Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in federal court and before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC)

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and motions in complex IP cases

• Conduct and defend depositions of expert and fact witnesses

• Work closely with technical experts in patent-heavy matters

• Support and help shape litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys

• Participate in pretrial hearings, motion practice, and trials

• Manage case logistics and maintain regular client communication

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of intellectual property litigation experience

• Substantial federal court or ITC experience required

• Demonstrated experience with depositions is strongly preferred

• Strong academic credentials from an accredited U.S. law school

• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility to gain admission

• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

• Team-focused and client-service oriented

• Comfortable working on technology-driven cases
