  • Create comprehensive implementation documentation for new Jira configurations and solutions.
  • Conduct testing and demonstrations in the Jira development environment, collaborating with implementation teams to refine solutions before production deployment
  • Design and document data migration strategies, including impact analysis on reporting and existing workflows
  • Provide training and support to users, for any Jira related updates
  • Partner with the central Jira admin team to ensure alignment with organization-wide standards and best practices

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Jira administration and architecture
  • Strong understanding of Jira configuration, workflows, and automation capabilities
  • Experience in technical documentation and solution design
  • Proven track record of implementing complex Jira solutions in enterprise environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of script runner and behaviors.
  • Experience with writing custom groovy scripts.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Atlassian certifications
  • Experience with Jira integrations and API development
  • Knowledge of automotive or aerospace industry processes
  • Experience with change management and process improvement
  • Background in program management or business analysis
