Experienced Litigation Paralegal – Kansas City, MO | $70,000–$95,000 + Benefits | Hybrid

A well-established law firm in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their legal team. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work on high-impact cases across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and format legal documents including motions, pleadings, and subpoenas.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development.
  • Manage docket and ensure timely filings in state and federal courts nationwide.
  • Assist with discovery processes, including document collection and production.
  • Prepare trial binders and support attorneys during hearings and trials.
  • Liaise with clients, court officials, and other attorneys.
  • Maintain and organize electronic case files using legal document management systems.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of paralegal experience with a strong litigation background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite , Westlaw , and legal case management software.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with court rules and legal terminology.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $70,000–$95,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid Schedule: 2–3 days in-office, remaining remote
