Location: Warrington, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible shifts: 6–3, 7–4, or 8–5)

Compensation: $33–$36/hour + Overtime (Time & a Half) + Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Work with a variety of tools and systems, including electrical controls and PLCs (no full rewiring required).
• Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records.
• Assist in installing new equipment and making improvements to the facility.
• Participate in a supportive training program and shadow experienced mechanics to get up to speed quickly.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Be part of an anticipated weekend on-call rotation (with stipend pay) as operations continue to grow.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Electrical knowledge: comfortable working safely with live currents and understanding wiring and control circuits.
• Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and work from technical diagrams.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
• A motivated, dependable team player who takes pride in their work.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Experience with PLCs, building automation systems (BAS)
