Maintenance Planner – Facilities and Telecom

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner with strong expertise in telecommunications and facilities systems to support our operations. This role is focused on planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance and reliability programs across critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for facilities and telecom systems, including LAN, wireless, VoIP, CCTV, access control, perimeter detection, PA/GA systems, and radio networks.
• Create and maintain project and outage plans using SAP and planning software.
• Develop job packs and ensure accurate documentation for work orders.
• Coordinate schedules with Operations, Facilities, and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Develop look-ahead schedules (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for expense and upgrade projects.
• Manage material requirements and vendor/supply chain coordination.
• Provide technical support within CMMS modules and assist with KPI reporting and compliance tracking.
• Support procedure development, training, and budget preparation.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance planning experience with SAP in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, planning/scheduling best practices, and project planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Background in telecom and communication systems, including Cisco LAN/Wireless, VoIP/IP Telephony, CCTV, access control, and plant radio systems.
• Experience with scaffolding, welding, rigging, insulation, and other industrial crafts preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• TWIC card eligibility and valid driver’s license required.
