Job Description

Seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily production operations at a precision manufacturing facility in Santa Fe Springs. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output goals.
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Identify and lead process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Support employee training, development, and performance management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, machining, assembly, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing preferred.
