Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all stages of complex commercial litigation

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with strategic precision

• Conduct and defend depositions and manage discovery disputes

• Appear in New York state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums

• Deliver strategic guidance and manage case progression

• Maintain regular communication with clients and collaborate with internal legal teams

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school

• Active admission to the New York State Bar

• Strong litigation background, including motion practice and depositions

• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple active cases

• Collaborative team player with professional client-facing presence
