Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training and Graduate of an approved school of ultrasonography
Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Within 30 days of hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Within 1 year of hire National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Preferred Qualifications:
Upon hire: Membership in a professional organization such as the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, Society of Vascular Technologists, American Society of Radiologic Technologists, or the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine
Two years clinical experience as an ultrasound tech. Two years work experience with PACS system preferred.
