Russell Tobin's client, a food ordering company in the US, is hiring Associate, Growth Merchant Lead in Bismarck, ND.

Job Title: Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) – Emerging Markets

Location: Bismarck, ND

Job Type: Temporary Agency Worker (Contract)

Remote Work: Partial (Travel required)

Pay Structure: $37/hr. -$40/hr. Base + Commission (Uncapped)

We are seeking an Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) for Emerging Markets to join an established Outside Sales team. This is a field-based sales position focused on winning new business and expanding market presence in underserved, rural areas.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by establishing new partnerships with local and regional restaurants.
• Travel extensively within and around the Bismarck, ND area (with some overnight travel).
• Manage a fast-paced, transactional sales cycle—closing deals within days.
• Collaborate with a Regional Sales Manager and leverage provided sales tools (sheets, cards, etc.).
• Represent the company professionally and communicate the value proposition to prospective partners.
• Negotiate revenue share agreements with restaurant owners.

Compensation:

• cap on commission potential .

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2.5+ years of sales experience in a closing or similar role.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Strong sales skills, both in-person and remotely.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop scalable strategies and improve workflows.
