Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure all products are produced in compliance with food safety standards .
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Lead, train, and supervise production staff, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, yield, downtime, and waste.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation for traceability and audits.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or processing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality systems.
• Proven experience managing teams and production KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
