Production Planning Operations Analyst - Onsite

Location: Weston, FL 33331

Pay Rate: $28.40/hr. - $30.00/hr.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Shift: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Description/Comment:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description

* Fills requisitions for specialized or diversified line or apparatus.

* Draws on resources within the organization in order to meet the needs of the production cycle.

* Provides estimated product completion information. May be involved in schedule preparation and/or shipments.

* Sorts, posts and files inventory records and production schedules.

* Estimates and records production rates,

* prepares shop orders and reviews stock records to determine stock status against project requirements.

Qualifications:

* Must be able to communicate primarily in English, bilingual preferred.

* This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.

* The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making.

* The job should possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures, and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles upon which the job is based.

* The knowledge can be acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.

* The job works within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines.

* This job typically requires a minimum of 3 or more years' experience.

* Excellent oral and written skills.

* Must have excellent organizational and business skills.

* Must have strong proficiency in MS software (Word, Exc3el, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

* SAP experience preferred.

* Strong attention to detail

* Light Medium work

* Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities.
