Job Description

Akkodis is currently seeking a Project Controls Training Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a client located in Westminster, CO.

Salary Range: $130k-150K

Must have Training/Learning Devolpment exp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging training content focused on project management, project controls, and field leadership.
• Facilitate instructor-led sessions and oversee learning pathways for PMs, APMs, PEs, and Project Controls professionals.
• Collaborate with operations leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment between training and field realities.
• Continuously refine training materials based on feedback, performance data, and evolving industry standards.
• Serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership to drive performance improvement through training and capability building.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or Project Controls within the Industrial or Commercial Construction industry.
• In-depth understanding of cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and change management.
• Demonstrated success mentoring or training in project-based environments.
• Familiarity with project controls software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or equivalent systems.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• PMP, CAPM, or CCP certification preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
