Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Program/Project Management is responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects consisting of single or multiple projects and/or programs.
• May manage project and/or program managers within assigned program and/or project.
• Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: At least 1 year of experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Basic understanding of project/program management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with strong organizational & communication skills.
• Demonstrates basic understanding of project management and methodologies.
• Typically, is a college / university graduate.
• Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill.
• Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work.
• Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction.
• Develops competence in own area by performing routine work.
• Must have some (1yr) medical or pharmaceutical industry experience .
