Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and deliver security, IT, and control system projects across its three light rail systems. This role focuses heavily on security grant program projects, while also supporting other initiatives in light rail operations.

The Project Manager will coordinate with stakeholders, develop scopes of work, manage budgets and schedules, and provide field oversight for projects involving low voltage, SCADA, and electrical controls systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
• Serve as liaison between sponsors, stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
• Manage security grant program projects.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and supporting documents for current and future projects.
• Oversee design and implementation of low voltage/SCADA/electrical systems (data, video, voice, CCTV, access control, intrusion, etc.).
• Review drawings, network diagrams, layouts, and installation details.
• Provide on-site construction administration and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or 10+ years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience (mid–large scale projects).
• 1–2 years of electrical/communications/controls engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
