Job Description

LHH Recruitment Soultions is looking for a part-time Project Coordinator to manage the successful planning and execution of an upcoming office relocation. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient move. The position will run through the end of the year and offers flexiblity with scheduling and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the office move plan, timeline, and budget in coordination with the project leads
  • Coordinate logistics for space planning, IT setup, equipment transport, and furniture installation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and review contracts for moving, installation, and related services
  • Communicate progress updates, maintain documentation, and create employee-facing materials
  • Oversee packing, labeling, transportation, and post-move setup; support issue resolution and final documentation.
  • Help address any post-relocation issues that may arise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience coordinating office relocations
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and office space planning
  • Excellent vendor management, scheduling, and budgeting skills
  • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Excel, Microsoft Planner, or MS Project
