Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is hiring a Regulatory and Medical Affairs Sr. Manager.

Top skills:

• CAR T/Cell therapy
• S trong Project Management, Process Development and Presentations experience
• Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned protocols
• Activities related to data generation and validation, including CRF design, clinical data review/query resolution; ensure consistent, quality data review by supporting Clinical Study team

Location: Madison NJ

Pay: $77-78/hour W2

Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility is to work across the Medical matrix teams, driving strategy and overall Medical excellence
• Contribute to the overall strategy and support insight collection
• Collaborate with Matrix Team members, offering innovative solutions to maximize efficiencies and to demonstrate medical impact
• Support various Medical cross-functional working groups with priority to activities related to CAR T
• Clinical and/or minimal 3 years of Pharma industry or agency experience
• Hematology/Oncology and Multiple Myeloma/Lymphoma landscape
• Familiarity with PreP/MLR process a plus
• Highly organized, efficient, and motivated individual with the ability to lead multiple projects and initiatives across matrix teams
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate complex situations and gain alignment with diverse stakeholders
