The TRG Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top Global Industrial & Manufacturing clients to identify a Sr. Compensation Analyst to help them with an aggressive growth strategy. This role will support a multi billion dollar business and work closely with leadership including the CHRO. The main mission of this role is to track, evaluate and work with leadership on competitive compensation structures to both retain and attract world class talent.
We are looking for a data driven compensation professional – ready to drive both Human Capital and Business Excellence. The company is investing the their future growth, there will be tons of mobility for the right candidate.
