DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to facilitate and guide our software development teams in delivering top-tier solutions. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with a proven ability to manage multiple software development teams and projects simultaneously. This role requires a proactive individual who can establish and champion best practices to optimize team efficiency, effectively manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of engineering deliverables. As a Scrum Master within our organization, you will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment aligned with our commitment to excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants MUST
- must be able to qualify and maintain security clearance.
- have at least 2 years of Scrum Master experience and have a good understanding of professional business environments.
- be very friendly and able to calmly handle clients and staff
- be able to carry themselves in a professional manner
- be punctual, responsible, and reliable
- have good written and verbal communication skills (answering the phone and composing emails in a professional manner)
