Wave Bye Summer TikTok Content Creator Internship (8 Weeks | 20 Hours/Month)

Remote | Un-paid | Summer 2025

Wave Bye is a menstrual health company on a mission to change the way people treat their periods. We offer targeted, evidence-based solutions for period pain and PMS symptoms—designed by OB/GYNs and built for real life.

We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated college student to join us this summer as a TikTok Content Creator Intern. If you love being on camera, are passionate about menstrual health, and want to gain hands-on social media experience with a growing startup—this is your moment.

📝 Internship Details:

• Length: 8 weeks (Summer 2025)
• Hours: ~20 hours/month
• Location: Remote
• Reports to: Lead Brand Strategist

🎯 Internship Goals:

• Grow Wave Bye’s TikTok following
• Contribute to TikTok-driven product sales
• Achieve at least one viral TikTok moment 💥

📲 Responsibilities:

• Post 2–3 original TikToks per day (product education, brand credibility, trending sounds, green screens, etc.)
• Engage daily with creators talking about their periods, symptoms, and cycle care
• Show up confidently and consistently on camera
• Educate the audience about Wave Bye products (after product onboarding + training)
• Collaborate with the Lead Brand Strategist for strategy, performance insights, and brainstorms
• Bring fresh, Gen Z energy to our feed while staying aligned with the brand voice

✅ Qualifications:

• Must be a current college student
• Preferably studying Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Digital Media
• Open to non-traditional majors like Acting, Pre-Med, or Women’s Health if you're excited about content creation
• Comfortable on camera and engaging with strangers online
• Curious about women’s health and willing to learn how our products work
• Creative, proactive, and excited to test new ideas and formats
