Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Transaction Accounting Manager with experience in commercial and industrial real estate to join our team. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external clients.

You will play a key role in supporting real estate transactions, all while contributing to high-level decision-making.

This is an in-office position with our team in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret legal documents (e.g., leases, purchase agreements) for financial terms and obligations.
  • Process commissions with accuracy and ensure alignment with deal terms.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across different markets.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of financial analysis experience, with a focus on commercial and/or industrial real estate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience working with sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment metrics, lease structures, and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of AP/AR and accounting processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for internal and client-facing interactions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with real estate transaction workflows and lease administration.
  • Experience with CRM or commission systems.
  • Experience with tools such as Airtable, Visio, Power BI, or NetSuite.

The expected annual base salary for this role is $110,000 – $130,000 . Experience, skills and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
