One of our top general contractor clients is looking for a Travelling Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys leading projects from the ground up-literally.

About the Role:

As a Travelling Project Manager, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader for industrial construction projects across the U.S. You'll oversee everything from pre-construction planning to final turnover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading on-site teams and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Conducting regular site visits and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshooting issues in real-time and keeping stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial construction project management
  • Strong background in managing large-scale projects such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, or energy facilities
  • Proficiency in scheduling and project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) and stay on-site as needed
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

What's in It for You:

  • Competitive base salary + performance bonuses
  • Per diem and full travel reimbursement
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Career growth with a respected industry leader
