This resource is being brought in to help reduce the existing backlog of vulnerability tickets across desktops, applications, and servers. This role involves investigating the root causes of vulnerabilities—such as failed Adobe or application patching—and working closely with IT teams to ensure timely remediation and prevent recurrence. You’ll use tools like Tenable to identify, validate, and track vulnerabilities, while also helping to improve patching processes and system hygiene. As this person works through the existing backlog, there’s potential for this role to grow into broader system administration responsibilities over time.
