Job Summary
As Experiential Designer, you will report to the Creative Director and be at the forefront of collaborating on crafting innovative and visually stunning experiences that connect brands with their audiences. You will assist to conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions for experiential / event marketing campaigns, blending strategy, storytelling, and design to bring events, activations, and installations to life.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Conceptualization:
Assist in developing unique and engaging concepts for experiential marketing campaigns, including influencer events, premiers, pop-ups, immersive experiences, brand activations, and more.
Design Execution:
Collaborate on creation of compelling visuals, mock-ups, and pitch decks to communicate event ideas.
Design event layouts, graphics, and digital/physical assets, including branded environments, signage, props, and interactive experiential installations.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including producers, creatives, vendors, and clients, to align creative outputs with event objectives. Translate client pitches into innovative designs that reflect the brand’s identity and resonate with the target audience.
Technical Oversight:
Ensure designs are feasible within project budgets, timelines, and logistical constraints.
Coordinate with production teams to oversee the execution and installation of designs.
Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate cutting-edge solutions into experiential campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
Experience :
5+ years in Graphic Design or Event/Experiential Design within an event marketing or creative agency setting.
Project Scope: Proven experience working on large scale immersive events ranging from $200K-$5M, including premiers, brand activations, pop-ups, influencer dinners, and galas.
Software Proficiency: Experience in 2D Graphic Design & 3D Modeling/Rendering with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, V-Ray, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Portfolio : A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing experiential projects is required.
Skills :
Creation of compelling pitch decks for creative proposals.
Ability to ideate and collaborate closely with the Creative Director.
Effective prioritization to manage budgets, tight deadlines across multiple projects of varying sizes.
Effective communication and justify creative decisions to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Familiarity with Google Documents and Microsoft Office Suite.
