Job Description

One of America’s fastest-growing healthy meal delivery companies, e-commerce company that ships thousands of chef-prepared meals weekly to busy professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and families who want real food with real results — without the hassle of cooking.

They’re seeking a results-driven  Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale our influencer and affiliate partnership programs from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Program Ownership
  • Design and execute influencer strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Develop and scale a structured ambassador program with performance tiers and exclusive perks.
  • Recruitment & Relationship Building
  • Identify, vet, and onboard micro and mid-tier influencers aligned with the company's brand values (fitness, health, convenience).
  • Manage communication, contracts, product seeding, and follow-up content approvals.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Track performance using tools like affiliate dashboards, UTM links, and discount codes.
  • Monitor ROI, engagement, and revenue — optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with content, paid ads, and customer experience teams to amplify influencer content across channels.
  • Coordinate with design and social teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Innovation & Growth
  • Stay ahead of trends in UGC, creator monetization, and influencer platforms.
  • Test new platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels) and creator-led paid amplification strategies.

What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate partnerships
  • Proven ability to manage and scale creator programs with measurable ROI
  • Strong understanding of the health/wellness/fitness creator ecosystem
  • Proficient in using influencer platforms (e.g., Upfluence, GRIN, Modash, Aspire, etc.)
  • Comfortable negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and communicating performance to stakeholders
  • Bonus: experience running ambassador programs or community-based growth
