Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office administration, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure records are up to date.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering, ensuring the workspace is well-stocked and functional.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and event logistics as needed.
  • Support onboarding of new employees, including preparing workstations and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
